"This woman was told up front I could not match the stain she had but I would take the color to Sherwin Williams and have them custom mix a stain. The first attempt she rejected, and yes I told her the cost for new was $180 (not $150), plus tax -$200.Sherwin Williams made the 2nd batch which I rejected And had them alter it more. This was as close as anyone could get it, yet she still was not happy. I never accused her of anything concerning product pickup, that is just not me. I have been in business for 45 years and judging from the 105 5 star reviews. I think maybe this woman is not giving an accurate account of this job. Notice she said nothing about the beautiful floor installation she received. I am proud of my standing on Angi and I work very hard to please all my customers, but some people have problems that are better taken up with a therapist instead of a contract referral site. I feel sorry for her and her unhappiness. She took the extra step to turn me into the PA state consumer commission and then the BBB, over $200, really? Just look at the next review and decide for yourself."

"I admit this was a disaster. After 90 minutes on the job the customer"s wife told me I was laying her 1"x3/4" marble Home Depot tile the wrong direction. I was already having problems with the tole sticking to the wall with prolite thin set. I showed her there was no direction to a herringbone pattern. After 3 hours of work I had 3 sq. ft. on the wall and too frustrated to continue. I removed what I did., cleaned the area and replaced with 7 new aheets for someone else to do the job. I paid out $100 to get the customer back to start. I was so frustrated by the quality from HDX that I am no longer installing HDX tile, it"s all seconds, don"t let them fool you."
