How is this guy allowed to be on this site? He is a liability and can not do menial construction scope. Paid this loser to leave my property. Homeadvisor should be culpable for my damages as well.

I contacted Frank about repairing my door that came off the hinges. He responded within a reasonable time, gave me a price, and told me that he was available the next day. He came on time and fixed the door in 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend Frank to other people.

Frank is a con. Could not keep a schedule and do mundane tasks like patch drywall. Made excuses why he could not perform the bare minimum. Use a licensed reputable contractor.

Frank painted the backyard iron wrought fence (17.5 feet). He also helped us purchase the paint which we later found out was not specifically for outdoor iron wrought fence painting. Also, the sanding of the rusted iron and painting is not very detail. I paid $650 for the painting and $115 for the paint.

"Terrible you feel that way grace. First off, the fencing, you had me touch up and paint was approximately 90 ft. The paint I purchased was for you to reimburse me like I had mentioned verbally before we started the work. We had purchased wrought iron paint like you had requested and as I informed the employee from home depot what type of paint I needed. Prior to this purchase, I had asked you to buy your materials and you insisted that I buy and you reimburse me. It was the right paint. You are just unaware of the fundamentals of paint and handy work. You were very rude to me and my employee. Your rust on your fence. Whoever painted it last did a horrible job."

He and his helper did what I asked and bought materials to do it but damaged pieces for drop ceiling. He agreed to come back to check light fixture but failed to show up at agreed upon time and did not phone back and his phone was **full** when I tried to reach him. I had two days of clean up and still have set plaster above a door and on a wall that I cannot get off. Basically he did what I asked and the mess was only partly the result of his work, but he left a lot of heavy trash for me to deal with.

"SUSAN SORRY THAT YOU FELT THIS WAY DURING OUR SCOPE OF WORK. YES ID ADMIT MY VOICEMAIL DOES GET FULL PRETTY QUICK. TRASH I REALLY DON'T TAKE WITH UNLESS YOU PAY A FEE FOE ME TO HAUL IT AWAY. PER OUR CONVERSATION IF I CAM RECALL YOUR HOUSE WAS BUILT IN THE 1800S-1900S YOU STATED. I'VE RECOMMENDED FOR YOU TO REMOVE THE DROP CEILING. YOU HAD A LEAK PRIOR TO ME GETTING THERE. THEIR WAS ALOT OF WATER DAMAGED FROM THE SECOND FLOOR. DURING THE CLEAN UP PROCESS WE TOOK OUR TIME YO CLEAN AND EVEN AT ONE MOMENT YOU HAD SAID IT WAS FINE AFTER YOU INSPECTED. NOW IF WE MISSED A FEW SPOTS OF DRYWALL MUD AROUND THE AREA'S MY APOLOGIES. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO"
