We hired Francisco to paint part of the exterior of our house that had been chipping and peeling only a year or two after somebody else had painted it. We hired him again to paint the bathroom last year and he did a fantastic job. Recently he painted our foyer living room and hallway. He took great care to make sure that everything was covered and that the floor was protected, he is professional, friendly, polite, and always shows up on time. He takes great pride in his work, and I am not interested in doing business with anyone else!

Francisco was on time--when he came for the quote and when he came for the job. He explained what he was doing and why. The house is over 60 years old and the bathroom had been painted before, but he told me that there was still glue on the walls from previous wall paper! He was very neat and even vacuumed the bathroom to get rid of the powder from the sanding of the walls. He patched cracks in the ceiling that had been there for years and had been painted over by others. He was thorough and worked diligently. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!! I have already given his card away!

My apology for the tardiness of this review. We were impressed with Frank's knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. The patching, priming and painting were well done and we were beyond pleased with the excellent results. He carefully covered appliances, cabinets, work surfaces and doorway to other rooms. He was also very neat while working and on completion. We are considering other projects and will not hesitate to contact him.
