Frank worked on siding repair for my father 2 years ago and he was impressed with his work and his friendly nature. I called to install a cabinet, repair the baseboard, fix a toilet and put a door handle on a door without one. Friendly, courteous, efficient and cost effective. I would recommend and hire him anytime.

Frank is prompt, personable and professional. He showed up when he said he would, finished the jobs in the anticipated timeframe, cleaned up after the job was completed. He replaced and repaired many closet doors and interior doors, repaired drywall, and replaced an outlet. I will definitely hire him again for the many repair projects that are part of owning a home.

I hired Frank for a minor list of things the City of Ferndale asked me to complete in rental homes. Frank gave me a quote of $450. I gave him a check for material and labor upfront, but then he asked me additional $450 for the same work and also recommended getting gutter covers for $450. I paid him $890 more trusting him. After 2 days I get another invoice for $484 for laundry pump what only needed a $7 valve change, but Frank went ahead and got a new pump without my consent. The same pump is available $100 cheaper and he charged $180 to install. BE CAREFUL WORKING WITH HIM. I feel SCAMMED.
