What an amazing company. i had a contractor start the work and then disappeared, Frank came in to save the day. They came hours after i spoke to them, assessed the job and gave me a quote, very professional. Estimated 3 days to complete, finished in a day and a half. Great quality work, listens to their clients, and very accommodating. I will be using them again.

Completely remodeled my 2-bedroom condo bathrooms, kitchen, floors, woodwork, electrical, and shelving, including replaced all major appliances, plumbing fixtures, and updated electrical. Hard-working, honest, patient, knowledgeable, conscientious, and professional. When I bought a 2-bedroom 2-bath condo in a high-rise in Chicago's Lakeview East neighborhood, I was from out of town and used Home Advisor and Yelp to find three contractors: I always get three estimates before I do any big project. Cisco returned my call promptly, and showed up on time for the estimate appointment (I've learned from prior experience that if a contractor is late or reschedules the estimate appointment, it doesn't usually bode well for the project). Cisco patiently listened to me describe the work I needed: - replace the gloomily dark-colored hardwood floors, the scuffed and dilapidated baseboards, - repair the minor but pervasive wall defects, - replace the sagging and/or hideous metallic cage closet shelving with solid white wood shelving, - replace the 1970s-era shower valves with contemporary Moen chrome, - replace the tiny toilets with Kohler Wellworth, - replace the unattractive bathroom wall tile, - replace the hodgepodge of floor tiling of the kitchen and bathrooms, - install undercabinet kitchen lights, - install a kitchen backsplash, install a few custom shelves throughout the apartment, - replace substantially all of the ceiling lighting including upgrading to energy-efficient halogen-look-alike LED track lighting for the hall and kitchen ceilings, - completely replace the old kitchen appliances, add electrical outlets in a few places where needed, - remove a nonworking relic security system and repair the wall damage, - remove an equally misguidedly installed hardwired smoke detector (it was on the wall) and its wiring, and repair the wall, - completely replace the outdated and incompletely functional wall outlets and light switches throughout the apartment, - and finally, completely repaint the entire apartment from top to bottom using my Benjamin Moore color scheme. Cisco gave me a competitive quote, and he also supplied two references, I called them, and they each gave glowing reviews about their own positive Frank & Cisco's Custom Construction experiences. The work went very well. Cisco and Frank and their workers ably completed all of the work on time and within my budget. As we got into the project, some things needed to change, sometimes increasing the work. They were honest and reasonable about communicating what needed to be done, and fair and reasonable with the pricing. They worked with me -- very patiently! -- as I changed my mind about multiple things, including the kitchen faucet and the dining room light. In short, they were excellent, excellent contractors. My condo is transformed, and I am thrilled with Frank & Cisco's Custom Construction. They did a beautiful job. What a good experience!
