We requested a professional on Oct 8 2018. 'Jay' contacted us to fix our Samsung Refrigerator/freezer ice maker on Oct 10 2018. Jay came out Oct 10 2018 to get the numbers from our fridge in order to fix it; Jay also took $160 in cash from us and gave us a receipt on the company letterhead. We never saw or heard from him again. Fast forward 2 weeks: on Oct 22 2018 we contacted the company (which was a trick in itself as the phone #s on the receipt were invalid). A young man said he would let his father know of our plight to get ahold of Jay to complete the project. We have not had any communication from this company to date. After numerous attempts to contact the company phone again, we have had no luck actually speaking to anyone. We are in contact with HomeAdvisor Customer Solutions for help.

Initial appointment was fine, and I thought I would have a working dryer the following week. The tech was a no show for the follow up appointment, and I couldn't reach him because the calls went straight to a voicemail that wasn't set up. When I could eventually leave a message at the number listed there was no return call. Very disappointed at the lack of communication and terrible customer service. Don't waste your time or money here.

Terrible experience. Despite multiple texts during the week leading up to the appointment, the tech was a no show. After reaching him, he said appointment did not show up on his calendar. Yeah right, how bout the confirmation text the day before??

Installer was unprofessional, not experienced in the professional installation of a 48" refrigeration, The guy left the tipping brackets on my island because he didnt know what it was. He was not able to finish the job as expected. Refrigerator is now tipping and unsafe. Unfortunately manufacturer will not cover if installed wrongly by a private installer. Installer should have declined the job rather than force to do it and failed. 750lbs refridgerator forced inside my home and scratched my newly installed woodfloor. Very aggressive and argumentative. Becareful using this company. Verify license and insurance!

They were very pleasant, quick, polite and easy to work with.

Jay and team were really awesome. Very responsive and fixed our disposal on time. We appreciate all their help and expertise. Frankfort TV was very efficient. I’ll recommend Frankfort TV to a friend in a heartbeat :-)
