Frankies Garage Door Service

Frank is a true gem! He just installed 2 new garage doors for me. He is honest, reliable and proficient, what more could you ask for? Whenever I have any garage door issue there is nobody else I would even consider other than Frank!

Frankie is the best!! He is willing to come when you have an emergency AND it’s on a Saturday!! I love Frankie and will never use anyone else. If you want a job well done call him!!

I recently used Frankie’s Garage Door Service to replace my two garage doors and two openers and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Frank is very receptive and returned my call right away. He first came to give me an estimate several months ago. He was honest and upfront about his price. Something came up and I had to put the project on hold, but when I was ready to proceed, so was Frank. Turnaround time was quicker than I expected. He arrived on time to start work on the doors and he was finished at about the time he predicted to be. The work Frank did on my garage is perfect in every way. Our driveway is not completely level, but he was able to modify a few things so that the doors touch the ground all the way across. He left no mess and my garage looks amazing. I would say I’ll use him again, but I won’t be needing new garage doors or openers anytime soon. If you need new garage doors or even just your garage doors serviced, call Frankie’s.

I called Frank when our 30 year old Clopay door started making strange sounds as it went up and down. It sounded like it was off balance. Frank scheduled an appointment to come the next day and he immediately saw the problem - the door frame was coming apart. We decided to replace the door with a new one. We had googled the price for similar garage doors and Frank's price was right around the average, so we felt that he was fair. Because of the pandemic, garage doors were taking 4 weeks to come in. Frank was concerned that our garage door might fall and injure someone during the 4 week wait, so he came the next day and did a temporary fix to the door at no charge. He proactively sent me text messages during the 4 weeks, letting me know updates from the manufacturer on the ship date. Right at the 4 week point, he received the door from the manufacturer and he scheduled a time to come install it, the new track, the new springs, and everything. He was professional, fair, and a nice guy! If we ever need service on a garage door in the future, we will definitely call Frank first!

It is often hard to decide which craftsman to hire. I chose to call him because I saw other favorable reviews. Frankie arrived when he promised, and repaired my garage door, which needed new springs, rollers, etc. We talked as he worked, and my feeling is that he is a genuine, honest, and hard working guy. I believe he is trustworthy and he has years of experience in his work. I would recommend him without reservation. You should feel comfortable about having him in your home!!!! Thanks so much Frankie.

Quick. Responsive. Beyond Reasonable. Great Service. No reason to shop any other service provider.

Very professional! Prompt and uses the best parts available! Frank is my garage door guy from here on out. There an old saying you get what you pay for....And Frankie's Garage Door is worth every penny. Measures twice and cuts once.

Very honest and thorough

very easy to work with and did a good job.

Frank did a fantastic job of explaining my options for fixing the garage door opener. In the end, my wife and I decided to have it replaced and Frank completed the job so quickly we thought he needed to go get more parts. I would highly recommend Frankie's Garage Door Service. By the way, I never heard from the other two you recommended.

Fast courteous service, we'll trained and experienced with the needed repair. Fixed the garage in a efficient time. Verified all moving components that were repaired were operable and no issues before leaving. Under the emergency circumstances of needing to get out my garage he was great. Will recommend if needed.

Frank is fast pace ...but very good and I appreciate him being staight forth at moments he seem "rushed". But his work was not and his knowledge was truly helpful

Quick and efficient ready to do the work.

Frank was a breath of fresh air. He was a MASTER at his craft and so easy in his manner. His SERVICE could not be rated high enough. I would absolutely recommend him for FAST response and FULL ON service at a great price.

Frank called me nearly instantly after submitting the Home Advisor request, then was at my house about 45 min later. He replaced the springs, rollers, weather stripping in about 1.5 hours. He was very personable, courteous, and professional. Highly recommended.

I needed my garage fixed and was expecting a few days to get it done but Frankie called me withing a minute of me booking my appt. and was at my house with in 2 hours. He worked in the snow and got my door fixed. was very straight forward and let me know what to expect. A little bit more than I wanted to spend but in the end the service was great. If I have any more issues with the door I will call him back. Good job sir.

Frank was terrific, prompt, personable and reasonable. We have him lined up for installing glass 'Windows' in the garage door. On mother note, we never even HEARD from the other 2 garage services recommended by Home Advisor. Will not recommend either of them. And it has been at least a week ....

On time. Knew what he was doing and fast. Checked more than just the problem.

called within 15 minutes of my posting the request. Broken spring replaced and door back in service within 24 hours. Frank would have done the work same day but my schedule caused the delay. Great service.
