Incredibly patient, kind, prompt, communicative and professional. I have an autistic son who was hovering a bit as the work was being done and Frank and his assistant John were not put off by him. They are experts with what they do and were very thorough and efficient. They have been so busy with the surge in hot tub business due to Stacations for the summer (Covid). They knew we needed this hooked up and ready for a party the next day so they came after a full day of work and rain and heat and arrived at 7:30 pm to complete the work by 10:00pm and then go over all the bells and whistles of the hot tub operation. This is our first hot tub and it is quite an investment for us. Frank and John were excited to show us everything about this hot tub ... even though it s something they go through everyday, multiple times a day... they did this with enthusiasm and kindness. Love these guys! Highly recommend!!!
