Franklins Tree Care

We have used Franklin's two summers in succession for Tree removal adjacent to water and large tree trimming adjacent to homes and storage buildings. My calls were answered promptly by the owner or the manager and returned if they were busy same day. (This is unheard of when dealing with many contractors!) The owner and his manager communicated clearly and effectively; the crew was prompt, professional, courteous and efficient. They cleaned up the debris (logs, limbs, and even leave) immediately! Their pricing is extremely fair for their work. We will recommend and hire them again without hesitation.

While they were one of the cheapest quotes we got for tree removal, they should at least finish the job..... We had a tree removed and on the quote, stump grinding was also to be done. When they arrived I asked if they provide any discount if the leave all the wood and also the woodchips. They cut the tree, and then they asked for payment, we had to point out that they did not grind the stump, and they insisted to review the quote. They ground the stump to a pile of chips and told my wife all we would need to do was pick up the chips with our tractor, which we did not mind. We even had them dump their chip trailer and leave the wood because we will use it. a couple of weeks later when I tried to clean up the pile my front-end loaded stopped dead in its tracks. after sweeping off the area I found the stump was barely ground. Their website clearly states We grind stumps 6 inches below the ground so you can plant new grass and leave your yard looking beautiful again" On Sept 16th I called to ask them to come to look at it. I had to leave a message. I never got a call back. I tried again, still no answer. I found the owners cell number, his name is Cameron Bogard. I called and he answered. He asked me to send pictures on November 11. I did and never heard anything. I called back on the 16th, he said he had not looked at the pictures yet, but would and get back to me. He never did. I texted him a reminder, still no call. I called again days later, straight to voicemail. I called again a week later, then sent a follow up text message. Cameron called me back to yell at me. actually yell. He did not like that after two months of me trying to get him to answer my calls, that I left him bad reviews online and called my wife and I Karens. He lied and said that we Hustled him out of hundreds of dollars and that he was not going to finish the job. If you ever get a tree taken down, do not use Franklins tree care or Cameron Bogard at (248)505-2946.

Franklinâ s Tree Care Company was awesome! They were fast, professional and left my house impeccably clean and all brush/limbs removed! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional quality tree company with reasonable prices!
