Frank was friendly, professional, sharp, intelligent, and had the best customer service. He put my needs before his, he gave suggestions based on his experience and other homeowners. Set expectations, and did a quality job. He showed a lot of character, he followed up to make sure I was 100% happy and he was extremely dependable.
