Frank is personable, knowledgeable, and does work to specifications. I have a property that needed a lot of cleaning up, with some difficult-to paint ceilings, trim and other rough surfaces. Frank showed up regularly for the project, stayed on estimate, dealt with obstacles he encountered during the project, and took direction while also making helpful recommendations.
