"The disagreement arose when the member refused to pay the remaining balance owed for our services, which was required in order for us to complete the job. The member also requested additional work that was not included in the original contract. The contract total was $5,350. The client paid $4,250 toward that amount, but the payments were made in a different schedule than what was agreed upon, leaving a larger balance for the end of the project. An additional cost of $870 was added for extra work. From that amount, the client only paid $500. extra work included, lattice installation ($70) and 20 additional pieces of wood decking floor. as advice on contract each additional piece will cost extra $40 each. The remaining unpaid balance is: $1,100 from the original contract $370 from the additional work Total outstanding balance: $1,470 During our last meeting, due to ongoing disagreements and the client’s refusal to pay the remaining balance, we decided to terminate the contract. The only work left unfinished was the deck painting; all other contracted work was completed. I have the contract, copy of payments, communications between client and photos as proof of my statement"

"The job was done in a very professional way. We did cover the floor before work. We reduced the the price twice ,and after that customer want us to do more items for same price. I believe that was the reason why this customer was not satisfied. Not because the job was bad, but because she want to pay less for."
