Ismael was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained his process, pointed out a budding problem with my existing door after replacing my door opener. He was able to quickly address the problem for cost on the strut. He also pointed out what to watch for regarding future issues. Good work for a very good price! I will use his services again.

Ismael is the real deal! - In all seriousness Ismael and Fratex saved the day! Long story short he was able to diagnose and fix the issue with my garage door in 10 min! Outstanding customer service and knows he's stuff. If you have any issues with your garage door Fratex is the team for the job.

Called in the morning and Ismael came within a few hours to replace my garage door opener. He spent a good amount of time on the phone with me discussing different Liftmasters and the pros and cons of each. He gave me some time to research them as well. The installation and clean up went very quickly and all the accessories worked as advertised with no hiccups. He's an extremely friendly guy and I will be asking him to come out again in the future.

Based on the ratings and reviews on Fratex Garage Door Specialists I submitted an estimate appointment to get our garage door fixed (it wasn't opening). After I got that scheduled, I immediately got a call from Ismael at Fratex to go over the issues I was having. He had me check a couple things and was able to walk me through an easy fix I was able to do myself. He was professional, speedy and extremely helpful.

Overall great experience! My son pushed in the garage door with the car Tues night. On Wednesday within 10 minutes of posting on Home Advisor Ismael called me. I sent him some pictures over and he got back to me with in the hour. He let me know he could fix it without replacing the door, right away. His technician Dale called and was here within another hour. Great guy, honest, knowledgeable and friendly. Didn't try to find hidden costs, or extra charges and was done within an 1 1/2 hours. Looks great and works smoother than the old one. Would definitely use them again.
