Fratt Plumbing was very accommodating, in that, they were able to replace my outside A/C unit the very same day. However, cooling capacity does not seem improved even though I upgraded the tonnage of the unit.

Hired them twice and they do good work for a fair hourly rate. They are my primary plumper because i know whatever plumbing issues i have, they charge a flat $75 plus materials, so it caps any outrages pricing.

Quick to contact me and came the next day. A leaky kitchen faucet (hose under sink) was first diagnosed as just needing a new rubber washer, but in the end turned into having to get a whole new faucet. I took his word for it, and the new faucet works wonderfully, but I still hate the feeling that it could have been a simpler (cheaper) fix.

Mark was great and was very professional. I would have given Fratt Plumbing 5 Stars but he was late. However, I would use them again.

Matt explained why the toilet wasn't working and quickly and efficiently fixed it.

Plumber, Matt, was personable and professional. He set up the jobs efficiently and clearly explained what needed to be done. I needed a leaking faucet repaired; a leaking, rusted faucet replaced; a pop-up stopper replaced; and a new float-cup ball cock to repair a continually running toilet. The work was completed in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction. I would use this company again.

I would definately recommend Fratt Plumbing & Heating to my friends and family! They was extreamly knowledgeable, professional and courtious and got the project done on time. I was very impressed on how they went above an beyond and pointed out some health issues with my house which were corrected and I am so greatfull.

Frank is a great sales man. And that's about it. LONG story short, he can' give a straight answer, his customer service and communication skills don't even deserve a rating of 1. It took over 2 weeks to get apprx 8 hours worth of work complete. His v.mail is full most times you call him. He takes on avg 6 hours to call back when you can leave a message and then speaks to you in an extremely rude and condescending way. When phase one (and only) was complete, Frank called me 13 times in less than 12 hours looking for a check. We scheduled a time convenient for HIM to meet. He did not call or show up. He can't even collect payment appropriately.

We received a call within minutes and they were able to fix our problem the same day. They cleaned up thoroughly afterward and made sure we knew the work was guaranteed for a year. Very happy to have this done.

Fratt Plumbing did a fantastic job with my gas line repair. The last thing that you want is a gas leak in your home and they came by and fixed the problem right away. I actually hired a different contractor a year or so before them and they never fully fixed the problem. However, Fratt did it quickly and in one day. It has been 4 months and the problem has been completely fixed.

I put in my request for a quote on Sunday the 7th. A technician called me within 5 - 10 minutes! He came out to give me a estimate and ended up doing the job right then. The job was completed in a professional manner & Frank, the technician was friendly & explained everything he was doing. He had no problems with me watching & asking questions. I thought the price was just a little high but it was a Sunday & I wanted the job done ASAP.
