Sean and Jamie Frayler completed our kitchen remodeling project ahead of schedule and made our dream kitchen a reality in every detail. They truly go out of their way to insure the project comes out just as you want. Great communication, attention to even the smallest detail, and thorough daily cleaning of the job site. The team of specialized contractors they utilize are true pros in their fields. This is the third home improvement project we've done with Sean and Jamie and we've already booked a fourth, because they work on your home like it's their own.

They are polite and very professional. They don't charge an arm and a leg either.

Did a bathroom sub floor, tiling and baseboard for me, all were excellent. Highly recommend. Easy to work with, no nonsense,happy to do walk throughs after the job and check for anything that you don't care for. Have used them them several times and will use again!

I do not have enough good things to say about Frayler Property Management. From the start of the job with the quotes Sean was always prompt and had great communication. When something came up during the job both Sean and Jamie went above and beyond what I would expect from ANY company. I would recommend this company to anyone who is doing work in their home. Awesome customer service aside, our house looks awesome and this huge project only took a few days, when their crew left my yard looking like it had when they arrived; I even got a follow up check in to make sure we were pleased with the job, seriously, they rock!

Sean and James were excellent. They painted our entire interior of our condo, hung a new door to our basement, and fixed a whole in the ceiling. They were punctual, efficient and affordable, would definitely recommend them.

I had Sean refinish hardwood in two rooms as well as refinish a paint job another painter had botched. Sean and his crew worked quickly, professionally, and with excellent results. He gave me a quote that was within my limited budget and delivered. The only extra cost was that we had agreed on two coats of finish for the floor - but, it being 115yrs old - it ended up requiring three. Sean had no problem coming back the next day to recoat for minimal cost and it looks great! He called a few days later to make sure I was totally satisfied with job and offer to correct any errors (there were none). His crew was great, friendly and positive. They even cleaned up my kitchen for me! I would absolutely use them again for any painting or refinishing job

Sean turned out house from a nasty brown with mustard yellow trim to a beautiful dark navy blue with white trim. When I initially spoke with Sean, he said that our house would look like new, I really didn't believe him,but when he was finished with the project, omgm it was amazing. When I went to get proposals for the project, Sean was the first to contact me and the first to give me an estimate. When I saw his estimate, I was skeptical because it was so competitive. I even called all 9 of refences! But Sean and his brother came through. We needed some carpentry work done on the house because the previous owner didn't take of it very well. All of that was done and our detached garage was painted and fixed too. I've been recommending Sean to all of my neighbors since he's done our house and so far he's done two more houses on our block and I heard through the grapevine he's doing another house! He's friendly, respectful, and clean is up after the job and he's really helpful if you have any questions. I really liked working with Sean and will hire him for more projects.

Sean and James did an excellent job on the exterior painting of our home. They were very conscientious and accommadating to our every concern. They maintained a clean and neat siteat all times. We never saw a piece of debris on property. They gave us a time the job would start and when it would be completed and they were true to their word. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family and anyone else needing their service.

They not only came promptly to provide me with a fair quote but also noticed other things that they could do around the house and priced those out separately. They allowed me to nit pick as much as I wanted and worked with me on everything I needed. They are indeed fabulous!

Sean and his team did a fantastic job painting our house. We wanted to get our house painted before putting it on the market. Sean listened to what I needed and came up with a very competitive quote (the other 2 guys pretty much gave me their standard pitch). They were very accommodating with respect to timing, cleaned-up every day, returned to do some touch-ups and did overall excellent work. The fact that Sean's team does several aspects of property management in addition to painting gives them an advantage. They can offer more services (light carpentry) and better prices. I have already recommended them and will use them myself again
