"It is unfortunate that the builder and customer relationship broke down on this project. The unflattering interior photographs provided in the member’s comments were taken during the construction phase of this project as opposed to after Frazee Building Co. completed its work and cleaned working areas. Every remodeling project is accompanied by many challenges (materials, existing improvements, access, owner selections, etc.) and Frazee Building Co. works hard to provide a satisfactory finished product. It is not uncommon for a project to involve changes or even wholesale re-work where the selected materials do not satisfy an owner. With respect to Frazee Building Co.’s exterior work not passing inspection, Frazee only notes that the construction drawings were provided to Frazee by the customer and not drafted by Frazee. Those drawings were later approved by the Building Commissioner."
