We were not sure anyone could repair our recliner, but David was able to get it working!

Very satisfied with the work. Having the cushions re-done has made it seem like the furniture is back to brand new.

Daniel was a complete professional! He even arranged to pick up the chair that needed repair, and returned it to me once it was fixed. It only took them two days to get the chair, fix it and return it. I highly recommend Daniel with his charming personality and quality work ethic.

Excellent service. I have an office storage credenza. Drawer had become unglued, making the unit unfit for use. Frazier Furniture responded quickly - rep attended to call immediately. He was on time, assessed the situation and made a quick on-site repair. Pricing OK.

The work was done well. A little expensive, but given our need, it was worth it. I would still call them again. They are a little slow in returning calls, but they did do the work we needed to hve done. Mark and his team were very nice folks.

They demonstrated poor customer service...difficulty measuring the piece of furniture, needing assistance from my husband, didn't complete one of the projects within the projected time period, requiring repeated follow-up by us. The other job (fixing scratches and nicks on wood furniture) was "fixed" with a liquid marker containing stain. We were charged for a full hour of work, but the job only took about 10 minutes and a few days later, it began to chip off.

Not great with communication. Didn't call when piece was really. Had to call them twice. Finally returned second call.

LA Z BOY completely repaired... All done in our house. Chair 40 years old. Works like new now... Great job done quickly and perfectly.

Mark Frasier and his team were wonderful to work with. They picked up my piece the same day, they sanded it down and called me out to their repair place for me to approve the stain. They brought it back a few days early because it was supposed to rain on delivery day and they didn't want anything to happen to the newly refinished chest. They refinished color from cherry to ebony and repaired 2 deep scratches on the top. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend them. The chest looks beautiful!

came out, I paid the fee to come out here and look at job. I paid him $80.00 cash and have not heard from him since. I hired him to do the tear in the front seat of my car which was torn. I guess I will have to call him which makes me angry and wondering if I can trust him. At the least I want my $80.00 back.

I happened by this business after I left an antique mall with a chair that needed upholstery work. I felt pressured to make a fabric selection quickly - it was late on a Sat. - and I thought the quote was high. But I'm new to the area and am a firm believer in honesty, so went ahead with the order. It took a month for the work. My piece was being stored in the workshop, which in hindsight might of been deliberate as the lighting was poor. A few days after pickup I set to work on the wood scratches repair and noticed many flaws in the upholstery work. It appears the old upholstery and filler were not removed, but rather worked over. The trim lines aren't smooth, old trim peeks from beneath new, etc. So I have $200 worth of upholstery work - plus quite a bit of left over fabric (which does not come cheap) - on a chair that I'll tuck in a dark corner. There'll be no repeat work from me.
