Frazier’s has completed several beautiful projects for me, including a full bathroom remodel and hurricane repairs to bedrooms and outdoor siding. They consistently show up on time and are very reliable. I’m extremely happy with all of it!

Chris and his team come highly recommended from us. We had a small project to do on a newly built house to widen a doorway to make coming into the house from the garage more accessible, to add crown throughout, and to add picture frame molding along the stairway walls. Window window is broken

We hired Frazier’s Remodeling & Home Repairs, LLC to build a new back porch with a covered patio to replace our older one, install a full‑property, four‑tier ranch style fence, and added a main automatic wrought‑iron entry gate along with three smaller wrought‑iron side gates. Because of the automatic gate, they also poured a new concrete slab to support the system, which made the custom farm logo pop. Chris suggested we add rabbit silhouettes to the gate design because the rabbits were clearly present on the property throughout construction process, which was a great suggestion we loved. From start to finish, their work was exceptional. The craftsmanship on the porch, fencing, and ironwork is outstanding, the materials are top‑quality, and every phase of the project was handled with impressive attention to detail. Communication was easy, the crew was professional, and the final results exceeded our expectations. Had quite a bit of structural damage from termites. Chris answered all my concerns, Reasonable bid on work. Kept me up to date on delivery of custom load bearing beam. In 4 days finished the work. Was able to match the brick. Looks better than before. Will use again!!

We hired Frazierâ  s Home Repair as our General Contractor for our master bath renovation and were thoroughly impressed. Chris provided feedback on our wall/tile/quartz choices, sharing his knowledge for us to make the best decisions. His crew went above and beyond each day to make the process as stress-free as possible; keeping the demo area tidy and updating us with the progress of other contractors arriving throughout the week. We will definitely hire Chris and his team again! Work Performed: Performed entire bath demolition (including sunk-in jacuzzi tub), installed all bath plumbing, enlarged existing window & quartz windowsill, installed new vanity mirror, installed quartz countertop, installed clear frameless shower and new floor/wall tile. Installed new stand-alone bathtub. Installed floor ceramic tile and 5.5â  base boards.

Their customer service is awesome! Communicate in the beginning your expectations and you won't have any problems. I wanted my gate to open from either side but the latch they put on there would only open from outside. I asked them to change it and they did so without hesitation.

<p>I am a huge stickler regarding communication. From the first contact to have someone out to bid a job, through-out the job, and when it is finished. If i have to chase information, things are already starting out poorly. I had no such problem with Chris from Frazier's Home Repair. He was on time for our appointment to look at the job, he had a bid ready when he said he would, and was quick to answer any questions I had, sometimes even after hours when I didn't expect a response until the following business day. <br> <br> Day 1 of the job, Chris and his team arrived early in the morning, we discussed the timeline and what phases would be accomplished on what days. He went over all the aspects of the work with his subs and helpers, and got everyone to work. He also pointed out that if we had a problem with the dimensions of the cabinet taking the oven size (it was going to be close!), how he would resolve it, and what extra efforts/cost to expect if we had to go that route. He went out of his way to accommodate keeping power on as much as possible since I was working remotely from home that day. Everything went well that day. The only hitch was my wife noticed the new drawer wasn't quite as deep as we expected. I took a picture and sent it to Chris that night just to ask about it. One look at the picture and Chris had an immediate answer that night "You're right, that will be rebuilt tomorrow to meet the specs."<br> <br> Day 2: Crew was on time and got to it. I had a friend staying here to watch after things while i was at work. I got constant updates of how everything was progressing, and it sounded like there were no problems. I came home that evening to my brand new ovens installed, everything worked without a hitch.<br> <br> Chris wasn't the highest bid, and he wasn't the lowest, but he was exactly what we needed. The job was done on time, I was kept informed, there were no surprises, and the crew did a good job of cleaning up after themselves and keeping the wood dust from the cabinet work to a minimum. All in all, i'm not sure how this project could have gone any better. We look forward to having Chris back when we're ready to tackle phase 2 with the range and vent!</p>

I contacted Chris through Angie's List messaging service and he replied by that evening.  He came out the next morning to look at the damage and give us an estimate.  He was very polite and didn't try to add any other services onto what we were asking him to do.  We agreed on his price and he said that he would send his boys out the next morning to complete the repairs.  Mike and Charlie arrived at the time we were told and got right to work.  They were polite and did clean work, and answered all our questions.  Total time was 4 hours and they did a fantastic job.  I will use this company again, and I will tell all my neighbors about them!

From initial contact to end of job, Chris and his crew were professional, courteous and did an overall outstanding job on remodeling the interior of the house.  He was very responsive to all of our phone and in person contact.  We never thought the old house would look as outstanding as it did when they finished and we were very impressed with the work they did. He tried his best to help us keep the costs low too.  We highly recommend this business to anyone that is in need of home repairs. <br />

We picked this company becuase we didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment and a friend said they did good work. The job was completed with in the time the owner committed to and the materials used were good quality . The stain was perfect and the workers were very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of the ideas we had in mind and had several different creative ideas to offer. We get compliments from our neighbors, family, and friend's on the work that was done from fraziers home repair. I will definitely be calling this company again for the next remodel or repair we need. <br />

Guy's were very professional, courteous and punctual.  They kept my suggestions in mind during the builds and provided many different suggestions during construction.  They kept me informed of the progress and beat the deadline given.  Both the deck and office exceeded our expectations and they kept the cost within budget! I won't use anyone else for any future services that I need! <br />

Not only was the service and workmanship high quality, but also the workers were very polite, considerate, and took time to leave the work area cleaner than they found it. Will definitely use them again.
