I considered my situation an emergency because I had water streaming from my kitchen ceiling. The company I used to use said they were booked and couldn't come out until the next day! I was stunned that they had no allowances for emergencies. I called Freddy's first from your list, He was here in a little over an hour, then put in a new drain and unclogged the drain in a little over an hour. He answered my questions and I was satisfied with everything from the Freddy's company.
