Our house is 24 years old and we had a new roof installed. Overall, the process from start to finish was well done. The price and completion date were right on target.

frederick roof repair called while i was entering my data. we set up an appointment for 10 pm, he arrived early, he spotted a hole in my roof from a branch. he fixed it immediately. was very easy to talk to. he knows alot about roof repair, gutters etc. it took him little time to fix the hole, he patched the wood with some metal flashing, the put on the shingles. i would trust him to do a roof replacement in the future

Called Frederick Roof Repair for an free estimate for a new roof and I am so glad I did. Stefan was very professional and answered all of my questions and explained everything that was going to happen the day of the new roof install. He went the extra mile on my project not only did he replace the roof, installed a ridge vent, chimney cricket and replace 6 sheets of plywood he even fixed my gutters that a previous contractor messed up. I only spoke with Mr. Mach. I explained the problem from conversation with tenant. On review of house, I noticed near the roof a vinyl siding panel missing. Mr. Mach replaced 10 shingles, but not the missing vinyl panel, which was most noticeable. I don't know, if the roof really needed 10 shingles, as the tenant did not notice any bare spots from street level. I would recommend Mr. Mach, as he came back immediately and fixed the vinyl panel upon my phone call. Although, he did charge me an additional fee.

Though I have never met him the work he did on the roof was very good. It was a little more work and a little harder than expected but it was completed on time and at the price we had discussed. I would recommed him to anyone who just needs a little help or whatever he agrees to do.

He came the same day we called and made the necessary repairs to our roof. He showed my husband just what was wrong and how he would fix it. He gave us an estimate and the work came in at the same price. Very competent work.

Stefan was outstanding! He laid out the options in careful detail, showed a comprehensive knowledge of the project's requirements, met every time deadline we'd agreed to and had just the right mix of friendliness and professionalism. He and his crew completed the job - a 4000 sq foot roof with 3 different pitches, 2 replacement fans and 3 vents in one day! Clean-up was also excellent (tarps caught essentially all the shingles & paper they removed). They damaged a gutter below a mansard roof (a 90% slope made it impossible to avoid the damage). He agreed to replace it at no cost on Monday of the following week. When I went out to remove the gutter late Saturday to make replacement easier I discovered it had already been replaced! As you can see I am more than pleased with the work & have already recommended him to someone who'd called through your service. I will add that his estimate happened to be $900 less than the two others I had done.
