Fred Ward's service was outstanding. He was on time for the appointment, He's very polite, knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough. After I explained to him what was going on with our central AC he got right to work trying to diagnose the cause of our problem. He was very thorough in his inspection and after checking all of the equipment the only thing he could find which could have caused the problem was a $15.00 part which he quickly and expertly replaced. When he was finished with the repair and he gave me the bill I was shocked. It was half as much as the last time we had to have someone come out to do a repair on the unit and on a weekend no less. He also called the next day just to check with us if the AC was working properly. I will be calling Fred again for all future AC work I may need. I would highly recommend Fred Ward to anyone who needs Air & Heating service. I have already told all my friends and family about him.

Fred is great and he knows his job. I had him come out after I hired another company who didnt know what in the world they were doing and didnt fix my issue. He came out on time and found the issue and he confirmed the air was blowing nice and cold before he left. He is friendly, very easy to talk to and explains the problem. He also came in with mask and gloves which I really appreciated. I will only call him for my ac needs. He's the best.

We highly recommend Ward A/C Solutions. Fred was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He even went above and beyond by driving to Sarasota from Ft Myers to get the coil so we could have ac the same day. Other companies told us it would be 2 to 3 days before they could get the coil and there charge was double of what Fred charged. Came back couple days later to check on everything and reprogrammed our thermostat. Everything is working great. Thank you Fred you can use as a referral anytime.

Fred came out and inspected my AC unit. He pointed out everything that needed attention. He also explained the components of an A/C unit. I highly recommend Ward A/C Service.

Contractor arrived on time. Performed maintenance. Explained what was to be done before doing it. Replaced needed part. Charges were very reasonable. Contractor made follow up call and offered to return if unit was not working satisfactorily. I would recommend this contractor.
