Hired Fred to come fix my AC system, he came in and started working on the WRONG unit then made me buy a new compositor and a new mother board for the furnace. and charged my $500 for labor and extra $230 for the unnecessary parts. After he was done and I paid him we figured that the AC was still not working.. and so then we figured that he was working on our neighbors unit.. then when I told him to finish the job, he told me that i got to pay for labor AGAIN. after he spent 4Hours working on the wrong unit he wants me to pay him again to fix the correct unit... so I told him to go home and god will take care of him.. NEXT day I called a different guy and within 20 minuets he fixed the issue and it was only to replace the compositor and charged me $120. Fred's Climate control is a FRAUDULENT company. SEND ME MY MONEY BACK

Came in talking about his high experience just to start working on the wrong unit, our NEIGHBOR?S unit? our unit was the one next to it.. made me buy a new compositor and a new mother board for the furnace for NO reason made me spend exactly $730 thinking thats it, then after i paid him i figure the AC is still not working.. so i call him to come back and he tells me he was working on the wrong unit so i asked him to finish the job for the same amount of money that i had already paid him and he said no!! that i have to pay him all over again to fix the correct unit?. so he made a mistake charged $730 and doesn't want to correct his mistake.. clearly does not care about his clients and clearly a scammer because he was making me buy unnecessary parts just so he can charge more.. be careful of this company they are fraudulent and will talk their way to your head?

FRED IS A REALLY NICE GUY AND IS A SPECIALIST IN OLD SCHOOL STEAM BOILERS. AFTER 9/1 IDA HE REPAIRED MY BOILER FROM SCRATCH. I WAS IN DISBELIEF WHEN HE GOT THAT PUPPY FIRED UP. AMAZING!! SINCE ALL THE OTHER TECHS TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW BOILER.

He did a great job and he was fast.

I am very pleased with Fred's service. He came in to install my outdoor AC/Heating unit a while ago. He answered all my questions and took the time to make sure that the unit was working perfectly before he left. Fred's expertise and professional demeanor are outstanding. He is always available when I need him. I also appreciate his reasonable fees and the high quality of his work. Fred is a competent and honest professional which is something never to be taken for granted.

I managed to break my furnace Friday night before the big storm. Fred came out late on short notice and saved my bacon! He charged a reasonable price and went on his merry way. He's at the top of my emergency list.

Fred was running late due to another job he had, but he contacted me and let me know soon that he'LL be 45 mins late. He came and when straight to the problem and fixed it, he's well experienced.
