Fred promptly responded to my request and made an appointment to perform work the same day. Fred gave me a one hour window for when he would arrive and he was prompt. He was knowledgeable about the type of drain and even pointed out a small leak on a joining pipe. Both clearing the clog and the pipe repair were performed within an hour and both repairs ended up costing within the range Fred had given me over the phone. I will definitely call on Fred and recommend him to friends if the need arises. He was very pleasant to work with.
