Ouellette Drain & Home Services

Finding jake was the best thing. He is not only a excellent plumber, he can do just about anything. Its hard to find honest good workers . Very easy going and personable as well as professional. If i could give the company more stars i would!!

Jake was extraordinary professional. First, he was prompt in responding. Next he called back 2 times to assure me the projected time of his arrival. He immediately and accurately diagnosed the problem. I was extremely impressed with his honesty. In addition, he thoroughly explained the appropriate procedures for maintaining the hot water tank so that its useful life could be enhanced. He also explained the safeguards one had to take to avoid potential injury from its intrinsic hazards. If you hire Jake, you will be in safe hands. He looks out for your best interests. His fee for professional plumbing services was very affordable.

Quality care and Jake is able to listen and help the homeowner understand the issue of the repair . I am very pleased and I see in him quality work and pedigree for his plumbing business. I am hard to please because we live in a valley flooded with half ass who believe they are all worth big money..this young man is very unique, intelligent and cares...I recommend him fully...

Recieved call back within an hour of my initial contact. They were totally professional and not only fixed my clogged drain, but identified a leak I didn't previously see and fixed that as well. They were very conscientious and did a great job. The price was very very reasonable. I would highly reccomend them.

He is a great plummer,. Will have him do my future projects, he's the guy.
