they took very good care of my lawn.

I hired the service for my mother. She is capable of doing the heave lawn maintenance. They were very polite & let her know what they would be doing.

Have used them for a couple of years off and on. Had them start up this season with only the front yard. Requested a one time application of weed control in the back between fencing and garage. Took approx 3 weeks to get a call back after they reviewed the area. When they did finally call and I complained on the amount of time it took to call back and I had already sprayed the area I was asking for. The gentleman said he had just found out and that he had told me before to asked for him for special / immediate response. I told him I felt that wasn't my place to remember to have to ask for him and that their office seems to have a communication problem. He took offense and became irritated. I informed him that I wanted to cancel their service. He then became even more irritated and said fine and hung up.

The time in which Joe took to explain the product was above and beyond expectations.
