Expensive Antenna Install. Beats me going on the roof and figuring out whats wired for what... But $250 a bit extreme!
Response by FreeTvee Cord Cutting Experts: Thanks for the feedback Cody. We normally only install our own antennas for a set all inclusive flat fee, which we list right on our website. From our 9 years of experience this is the only way to guarantee the price and also guarantee the service. We honestly dont normally install customer owned antennas because of the unpredictability. In your case I was trying to help you out so gave you an exact price for the trip charge and the hourly, the only thing I couldnt predict is how long it would take. I think Mario did a great job installing your new antenna on your roof, grounding it, fishing it through the basement, splitting it and tuning it in to all of your TVs-doing all of this correctly in 1.5 hours is pretty spot on! Based on your feedback and the unpredictability of using a customer bought antenna, we have made a business decision to only install our own antennas for our guaranteed price going forward. The time/money that it takes us to communicate, schedule the job, roll a truck, pay HomeAdvisor for the lead, plus the inherent risk of getting on/off someones roof isnt cost effective (for us or our customer), nor does it seem to satisfy a customer like when we do a full freeTVEE install and can guarantee the 1x price as well as the service too.

The employees were wonderful and the experience was seamless. It took less than 2 hours for them to set everything up and show my husband and me how to work everything. Unlike my experiences with the cable company, everything worked right away and has continued to work. Thanks for making such a big decision easy.

Good company. Good work. Explained and answered my questions. Gave a nice tutorial on how the remote works. I feel I could visit their website and/or call for more tutorials. Would be excellent if they already have tutorials posted on their site! I haven't revisited yet. I find I was paying way too much for what I watch. I miss watching the Colorado Rockies. I know I can listen on radio; just not the same. The picture quality (when cancels come in clear) is so much better than cable ever was! I'm in a neighborhood that cuts in and out of a few channels. It is just the location I'm in; nothing to do with the set up. All in all I'm please. Thank you!

As I mentioned when you first called 98% of cable channels are available, but not ATT Sports for the Rockies-we can't control what content is available unfortunately... Yes you are correct a few low power channels do not come in due to signal strength at your location, but you should be rock solid on all the major Local Network channels. Finally simply click the "Support" tab of our website for lots of help guide tutorials and great resources.
