"Please do not lie in the reviews. My tech was on time I know this because the app that we use for dispatch shows me the exact time of arrival. Also, my tech took pictures of your heat exchanger you can clearly see the damage an that it was unsafe an on another, not the sextets comments were uncalled for. I am very proud of my tech she is amazing at her job and very honest. She has more skill in this trade than most men do. So for you to repeatedly tell her that a woman should not be in this field is ridiculous... This is 2020. You requested a refund and I have made multiple attempts to reach you but have gotten no reply.
