Heat Pump - Install or Replace
Reasonable price, good communication, installation not started until another month so I?ll rate that separate ...update on 12/07/22...They are nice guys but over their heads in this Heat pump install. It did not help that they came late and left early and when it was time to finish up they realized they were behind so they rushed and did a sloppy job. They left large amounts of pipe exposed, not in line hide, and they drained one unit directly into the basement on top of a storage bin. They left sections of pipe uninsulated, and spray foam exposed to the elements. When I complained that it was a sloppy job Craig acted like a spoiled brat, that is acceptable work. When it was incomplete. This was a $30,000 install, I expected for that amount of money a professional job not lame excuses.

"You are truly sorry you are not satisficed with your service we worked diligently to accommodate the multiple changes you requested even though it went against our recommend addition. the install was done cleanly efficiently and correctly. Once a job is completed and someone doesn't like the look of them there isn't much we can do at that point. We wish this was addressed during the install instead of months later. your units are correctly sized we did provide options for you, We worked with the limited actability to the apartments and tried our best to provide links to help you run your new pup efficiently. In the end we were never fully paid and were not able to satisfy your request that came after the completion of the job."

When I called, I talked to a real person. They came the same day and repaired my heating system. Very satisfied
