Had Zacc air tech fix air he was excellent did outstanding job I will alway always request Zacc for future service

I found them on google, from now on I lost my trust to the ratings of google .If possible I give 0 stars. Donâ t use their services ever. They didnâ t fix our AC , and charged us 300$ Now they donâ t answer our calls

Did a great job. Have had the AC in place for 7 months and no issues...knock on wood...lol.

Avoid at all costs! The only reason I gave this place a half star is because I canâ t give 0 stars! I initially had Freedom Air install a new hot water heater on 2/16/24 but it wasnâ t warm enough so I had to have them come out a second time on 2/19/24 to adjust the temperature. The plumber that showed up, Keith B., came in and sat his bag of tools directly on my Formica counter top and I could hear it scrape as he did so. I immediately set it on a blanket and told him to set everything else on the blanket as well. However, every time Keith took a tool out of his bag he again set them directly on my Formica countertop. When he went outside to get something out of his truck I took the tools and again set them on the blanket. However, every time he used them he again set them on the countertop.  He took some metal plates off my hot water heater to get to the screws to adjust the heat and again put those metal plates directly on my Formica countertop. My custom made countertop was brand new, I never set anything on it without a towel underneath it to protect it. However, when Keith finally left their were numerous surface scratches and one long scratch approximately 7 inches long that went through the surface. I immediately contacted Freedom Air yet again and informed the receptionist about the damage. Insisting they take such matters very seriously the receptionist filled out a complaint report over the phone and said she would submit it to the manager right away and that he would get back to me shortly. However, despite calling back numerous times to follow up, the manager failed to return my calls for over a week. When the manager, Robert, finally did call me back he asked that I text him a picture of the damage and an estimate for repair, which I did. I consulted numerous dealers and all confirmed formica cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced. As such, the estimate to replace it, including installation, came to $1,600.00. About a week later on 3/8/24 Robert came with another employee to look at the damage and they both insisted there was no way Keith could have caused the damage. Robert stated that Formica is one of the hardest countertop materials next to granite. However, this could not be further from the truth. Formica is a laminate and is very easily scratched. Insisting that it is nearly as hard as granite was both an attempt to dodge responsibility as well as an insult to my intelligence. Robert said that for him to reimburse me he would need to be able to replicate the damage. He stated he wanted to drop tools on my countertop to inflict more damage to see if it matched the damage they already caused. If this idea was not asinine enough, the countertop is over top of a brand new washer and dryer that could have been easily damaged if tools were dropped on the counter and bounced off. Needless to say I would not let them perform this test and they walked out and left. Damaging my property, continuously failing to follow up, requesting to inflict further damage, and walking out on me without taking accountability all show the lack of professionalism at Freedom Air. However, if Robert is the best they can do for a manager this lack of professionalism should come as no surprise. Unless you are looking for sub par and over priced service, damage to your personal property, to be ignored, and failure to take responsibility for mistakes, avoid Freedom Air at all costs. On the other hand, if these qualities are what youâ re looking for I could not recommend them higher.

Nick was very knowledgeable and immediately found the issue with the condenser not running. He fixed it and then ran diagnostics over the entire a/c system and reviewed the results with me. He explained that all of it looked good. He even asked for a broom to clean up the mulch he brought in from his shoes. Very good customer service.

I am honestly shocked to have to write this review. I used freedom air to replace my air handler and a condensing unit which went great. I decided to have my ductwork replaced as well since it was over 30 years old. The installation at the end of the day was unacceptable and unprofessional, I would never recommend this to anyone. I trusted that freedom would account for, as would I, that carpentry-type repairs would be necessary to perform a proper installation of new ductwork. I was left with the attached conditions that mind you are improved because of the materials that I provided (otherwise it was acceptable to leave me with a 4;x6 hole in my attic wall). I have spent nearly 25 thousand dollars with them and they choose to point to a disclaimer stating that this does not fall on them. I was not advised of this, I feel that they should have stopped work and advised they could not perform a proper install without carpentry services and I am completely baffled that a company that I once considered to be top-notch is willing to simply state not our problem when I raised my concerns about the installation. Horrible experience. 0/10.

Owner and managers do not hold field installers responsible to correct install issues beyond the unit working. Damaged floors, drywall dust, damaged walls, profanity, and more. (yes I have pictures) If this is Red Carpets or White Glove service- I need to change my definitions. One bad key employee in the field can do a lot of actual site damage and goodwill damage. Tried to call owner, tried to call field manager. They would not call back, they will not be bothered with ACTUAL customer satisfaction when struggling to grow their sales numbers, window dress their reviews and keep staff. Do not believe all their advertising. I spent $10,000 on a system and found out, It is not true. I am going elsewhere for all my future work and other properties.

Everything went well the first time or so I thought. We had a gas leak according to them and there was also some other kind of leak but he closed it. The first guy was nice. Told me I do not need to replace the system although it was old. I like the honesty. Move on. The next day the AC was still down. The tenant told me it was Friday. I called and asked if they could come again to see me and if I had to pay the service call fee again. The Office lady said NO since it was just a few days ago. She even put me on hold to check if it was correct. She said NO service call. Because of that, we waited until Monday to see them instead of calling someone else. So, magically, Monday came and it was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT reason why the AC was down. So apparently, the previous technician failed to identify the real problem of the AC not running and they asked me to pay a service call fee AGAIN because it is a completely different reason. Ok, sure. I would pay but I have the coupon on the website that said it can be $55 instead of $89. NOWHERE it says on the website we had to PRINT it out. NOWHERE. The technicians name CODY honey or sweetie art me saying they need to be printed for security reasons. So let me get this straight, we have to print it out wasting paper and ink to give it to you to get a discount and just for you to throw the paper coupon away anyway, and for what security reason? Not only that, the first time nobody asked me to print anything! They just attached the coupon to my email. And he told me my AC would need 3 tons of refrigerants ONLY to diagnose what was wrong with it. And mind you 1 ton was almost $200. I told him no thank you. Why would I do that when you just told me I would have to replace the unit? So of course, he would go to the next step asking me about a new unit. Here comes the FUN PART number 2! I asked the previous guy to give me a quote for a new unit anyway. He did it for $15,000! YES, you see it right 15k$$! I mentioned previously that to the office lady and Cody it was 15k$ and nope way too expensive. Both of them brushed it off and said it is very NORMAL. Uhh, what?? Cody claimed you do not have to pay upfront but you can finance with them so NO problem. Wow, what a sales pitch. I told him it is ok (thinking do not fool me, ain't my first rodeo!) I just had mine replaced and it is not 15k. 7k! Did he ask when was that? Last year - I responded. I thanked him for the quote anyway but too expensive for me. I will call around and get more quotes. He then asked me what would I need him to do there. I said, nothing and thank you. I will get multiple quotes somewhere else. Then he saying I am going, to be honest with you here. In this kind of economy. Sorry, but I did not let him finish. I regret it now because I want to know what kind of sale pitch he was going to do to get me paying for their overpriced 15k$ AC. Anyway, I found someone else to replace the unit this week for $6k and he offered to fix the AC on the same day. I appreciated his thoughtfulness because the first thing he offered was to fix the AC so my tenant do not have to stay in the hot house. This is the business you want to use, NOT freedom heating and air. No, but seriously, I cannot believe all of their people are willing to charge someone for an AC unit that is twice as much as their competitors without blinking an eye. This business is straight-up throat-cutting and going for the innocent people who do not know that they can get better options elsewhere. I forgot to mention. They quoted me duct cleaning for $1500 (I got mine done 2 weeks ago for $400!) and some other duct work for $7000 the first time they came! So apparently they were able to diagnose and quote me those unnecessary problems with my AC system but could NOT find the true reason why my AC was down. Can you tell me why I should pay them the service call fee again?

Nick was my technician. Was very knowledgeable and polite. Explained things in layman's terms. Frankly, I found him to be the epitome of a young, intelligent man who knows what he's doing. He is a credit to his corporation, Freedom Air.

The guys were very professional . Took care to cover areas they were working over. Booties and gloves worn. Kind courteous.

Their team arrived no knowing they needed an extension ladder or a new 220 circuit breaker or a newly required pull-box disconnect. They came back after 10 days and fixed everything

Hired for a duct cleaning. Had a representative come out fairly quickly after speaking with customer service to do an estimate, and was able to be serviced the next week (on my timeframe). Workers arrived much earlier than expected, but weâ re willing to come back since I couldnâ t accommodate them early. Everyone was friendly and considerate, and they cleaned up behind themselves. Would recommend!

The very best HVAC company I've ever dealt with! I haven't tried their plumbing services yet, but I can tell you, they do great HVAC work and every tech is superior. I love it that there is 24/7 service, and I surely tested that on a Sunday, when my AC started acting up and house got hotter every hour. Had to await a part for 5 days (not their fault) and they lent a temporary portable AC unit that got me through the 5 days of August heat in Florida. They also honored a transferred warranty from a company that sold out to them, and I was totally amazed...I loved the friendly techs, and even with COVID stuff, they honored masks in the house if needed, and they are absolutely the best HVAC company I've dealt with in Florida, and even in SC. Their annual maintenance plan is absolutely the best and even includes plumbing if you pay a little extra. I am amazed and truly recommend them. Timely appts, and totally awesome from office people to techs in the field. My poor tech had to work outside during rain and nearby thunderstorms off & on. I kept an eye on him though, and told him to come in anytime at all. I love this company and the work ethics.

I had a great experience. The technicians were pleasant, efficient and did an outstanding job. They had a real mess to deal with because the old system wasn't installed up to code originally. They ripped out the old rotted platform and added the correct stand and insulation. They made the filter easy to change and the drain line easy to maintain. The outside work was excellent too. The new Lennox central heat and air system are made in the USA; that's why I chose this company. The two year warranty can't be beat. It's too soon to tell the durability of the equipment, but I'm sure I won't be disappointed. They also gave me six HEPA filters.
