The very best HVAC company I've ever dealt with! I haven't tried their plumbing services yet, but I can tell you, they do great HVAC work and every tech is superior. I love it that there is 24/7 service, and I surely tested that on a Sunday, when my AC started acting up and house got hotter every hour. Had to await a part for 5 days (not their fault) and they lent a temporary portable AC unit that got me through the 5 days of August heat in Florida. They also honored a transferred warranty from a company that sold out to them, and I was totally amazed...I loved the friendly techs, and even with COVID stuff, they honored masks in the house if needed, and they are absolutely the best HVAC company I've dealt with in Florida, and even in SC. Their annual maintenance plan is absolutely the best and even includes plumbing if you pay a little extra. I am amazed and truly recommend them. Timely appts, and totally awesome from office people to techs in the field. My poor tech had to work outside during rain and nearby thunderstorms off & on. I kept an eye on him though, and told him to come in anytime at all. I love this company and the work ethics.

I had a great experience. The technicians were pleasant, efficient and did an outstanding job. They had a real mess to deal with because the old system wasn't installed up to code originally. They ripped out the old rotted platform and added the correct stand and insulation. They made the filter easy to change and the drain line easy to maintain. The outside work was excellent too. The new Lennox central heat and air system are made in the USA; that's why I chose this company. The two year warranty can't be beat. It's too soon to tell the durability of the equipment, but I'm sure I won't be disappointed. They also gave me six HEPA filters.
