The young men that do the actual work are rushed. That is why I gave them a 3. But, the are as sweet as they come. The owner of the company acts very quickly to reports of need/dissatisfaction and is VERY knowledgable about grass, weeds, plants and more. I pay a very little amount for what I get. The value is impressive.
