We hired Freedom Plumbers to redirect our main water line and refrigerator line to accommodate some renovations we are doing. Our initial plumber Gary was very friendly, showed up only a bit late, but communicated very well with us. He left, and we felt like we had a great experience. Later that afternoon/evening, we started noticing that all the faucets were backwards now (hot water coming from cold side and vice versa). Gary had accidentally connected the main water into our hot water line. We called Gary, who was apologetic and going out on medical leave the next day, but said he would come by and correct the problem on Friday. Thursday evening he called and said the treatment was rougher than he thought, so he would not be able to do the work. He said he would call Freedom plumbers and have someone come out on Friday to fix it. Friday comes and no word from Freedom Plumbers, so I called them only to be told they cannot fix it today, and **cannot over the weekend** The best they could do was first call on Monday morning. We had to leave the house by 11:15am on Monday, but they assured us we would be the first call Monday morning. Having a dishwasher only using cold water, wasting hot water on cold water applications, etc. was getting really frustrating, but that is the best they could do supposedly. Monday morning comes, no calls from Freedom Plumber. I call at 9am and the lady apologizes and says she cannot reach the plumber, but will call me back when she hears from him. I have to call them back at 11:15am, go through the whole story again (different customer service person every time) and she said he will be coming out to us next. I explained that will not work and why. She rescheduled us for Tuesday and promised they would be out between 10am - 2pm. When I reminded her that we were promised someone on Friday, then again for Monday, and they failed both times, how can I trust her for tomorrow. She said, no, they will be there. I guess we will see if they show up tomorrow and fix the problem, or if I just have to dispute the charge and hire someone else to fix their mistake. UPDATE 11/4/2019: For the third appointment, plumber showed up on time, did a great job, happy with their service. We found out that other customer service people, did not know that the other plumber was on medical leave!

This is a good company as they inform you of what your charges will be and stick to that. They do not mislead or have hidden charges. The work is professional, competent, cheerful and the plumber is punctual. We had a great experience using them for diagnostics and leak fixing.

Freedom Plumbers are very timely, effective.

This is a dishonest company. They charged me $2,000 to install a $150-$300 sump pump. Another plumber and friend who had hers replaced by another company told me I had been robbed. Anybody who uses this company can expect to be robbed. No way labor costs $1, 700. I obviously expect to pay some mark-up but nowhere near $1,700. When I asked them about the pricing later, they emailed numbers to support their crooked pricing. They did not even give me a receipt which they claimed they would email.

I loved this company. They did a basement bar for us. The designer and I worked hip and socket to implement my concept. They came up with suppliers and ideas that made it possible, from concrete countertops to tin ceiling, heavy hammered wrought iron barstep, and personalized finishes. My neighbor saw their work and hired them, too!

They were extremely professional. They gave us 6 estimates in various dimensions vs. just going with the one measurement I requested. Rob realized I did not know a lot about decks and he went above and beyond to give us the best bang for our buck. We got an amazing deck that optimizes cost vs space. We would gladly recommend this company to anyone that wanted good work for a fair price. They were by far the best company we interviewed and are so happy with the results.

Projects Unlimited provided me with a first rate garage. I was very impressed with the skill level and courteous manner of the staff and the quality of the materials that they used in the project. I have already recommended this company to many of my friends and aquaintenances and will continue to do so.

Priced himself out of the job. Ended up being the highest but I believe the quality would have been there as well. Very professional.

I would highly recommend these folks. The owner met with us and provided an estimate in a timely manner and broke out the work to be done in an easy to read format. He then checked back a week later to see if we had any additional questions. Communication was a big concern of ours entering this process and everyone at Projects Unlimited far exceeded expectations. The project manager stopped by or contacted me at least 3-4 times a week to make sure that everything was going as planned and that we were satisfied with the work. The owner called or stopped by several times over the course of the 4 week project to also check on our satisfaction. When all the work was completed, the owner met with us to conduct a walkthrough. Once we were completely satisfied, we signed off on the work and made final payment. Given our trepidation of working with a contractor, we could not have been more pleased with everyone at Projects Unlimited.
