I want to write this review about Freedom Roofers to help other people that are looking for a roofing company, that they can Trust to do an excellent job from the beginning to the end. Our experience with Freedom Roofers was totally positive from the day Lee, one of the owners gave us our proposal, to the day that the men finished our beautiful metal roof. Everyone at Freedom Roofers made our experience a pleasant one, from the owners Scott & Lee, to the supervisor of the roofers Frankie, to the office manager Katie. We know the names of the people who work at Freedom Roofers, because they all reached out to us at one point or another to make sure that we were satisfied and happy. We couldn't be happier with our metal roof, it's beautiful and money well spent. When the job was done, Freedom Roofers left no debris of any kind in our yard when the job was done.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work and cost. Also, when they left, there was absolutely no evidence of construction. They removed all of the material and even removed unrelated construction debris in my yard. I couldn't be happier.

We hired Freedom Roofers to replace our existing shingle roof with new. This was a large roof for a assisted living community, which made the job even harder. They did an excellent job on keeping the work site safe and clean. One of the owners was always onsite who kept us up to date on the progress and the schedule. For a roofing project of this size, you could't ask for a smoother job.

Very personable, well-qualified, and explained what I needed to know with much patience. They are a solid hard working company and was very pleased with the end result. Would recommend them to anyone in need of roof installation, repairs, etc. If it stands the test of time, I would rate the work quality a 5 and the value amount a 5, depending on the passage of time and Florida weather. Great company, responsible, hard working, and honest professionals.

Very expensive they charged us for permit, and did not pull it. Only when we called did we receive our money back from the non pulled permit, which he said we did not need. Why did he not tell us that before.
Response from Company:
The job we signed was not for a permitted flat roof (which we were initially solicited to repair per the description above). We made a mistake by leaving that line item on the estimate and credited back the customer as soon as she pointed it out to us. This job we signed was 4 different areas of repair including two valleys and a ridge cap and the price was $2,000. If you would like us to do an estimate for you and you think that is an expensive price for 4 repairs, then please take that into consideration. The repair was done last April and the review is from this September after Irma and a few days of Gale force wind and rain. So in the end... this is really a testament that we did a good job and it did not leak ....perhaps the price was money well spent?
