"I am sorry you feel this way. I have responded to emails very promptly and have been transparent with you about everything. you told my sales rep you just wanted to back up the well and critical loads such as well, the computer and internet because you work from home. After the conversation you signed a contract that you were charged for one battery, you later said you were not happy due to not being able to run the air conditioner during power outages. I Advised you I would install an additional battery at my cost if that would help but I could not give you a $10,000 battery for free. Over the last 5 months, your excess charges from the power company totaled $126.00 which will even out during over production months coming up which I explained while also mailing a check for $126.00 to cover it. the system production is based on 12 monthly cycles and cannot be based on 5 months during shorter low-production days. in each proposal, it provides graphs that show previous usage and estimated production for the 12 months that you received as well. As far as the tax credit you would have qualified for the entire amount but you purchased an electric vehicle after the solar was installed which obviously increased your power consumption which we were not factoring in. At that point, you now were trying to claim a solar tax credit on top of the electric vehicle tax credit and that is why you did not get the entire amount this year. You will still get the remaining tax credit balance next year to apply to your taxes. You asked me to install a $10,000 battery for free and write a check for $14,800 for the full amount of the tax credit, while you also claimed it partially this year and the balance the next, so to ask for $28,000 dollars is extreme and unrealistic. The utility bills from Seco you provided have a service charge of $1.00 per day no matter what that you knew about so anything over the daily charge is your actual bill. We always encourage individuals to contact their CPAs for guidance on tax credit usage."
