We had a great experience with this company. They were very informative and helpful. They cleaned up after them selves' and our windows look a whole lot better. I'm so glad we found them and wish all companies would be this professional.

Travis came out on a Monday and gave me a bid to replace the glass in 8 panes of windows. The price was actually lower than I expected. He said that he would place the order for the double paned glass and get back to me on Thursday to let me know if the glass would be ready for installation on Friday. He called me back to inform me that the glass was ready to install on Friday. They came by, on time, and installed the glass as promised. They were also extra careful when inside the house because my carpet is a very light color. They did not leave a mess behind and were done in about 2 hours. Very professional.

Very nice people. The installation, while not bad, was certainly not good. Too many scratches on the new door I bought and incomplete instal, in my opinion. Dealing with them reminds me of the old Texas Aggie Lifeguard Joke. Incase you've not heard it, she sounds like this: Hey did you hear about the Aggie Lifeguard? Well, no I didn't... They will meet you half way.

The owner is really Customer focused but the workers are not as much, not rude just not friendly. But I did not feel any safety or creepy vibes, just focused. I was late getting home for one appointment and I felt that they were unhappy but I waited for them for a week, so I did not feel bad. It took 3 or 4 trips to replace two windows knocked out/cracked by golf balls from course behind my house.

He was very helpful and they replace the window properly but for a little paint class it was a little expensive I would recommend them if you have detail work needed

My windows were installed by Freedom Windows on September 3rd after they won a bid from my roofing company. They replaced windows and screens on my two-story home. They left out the screens and when I contacted them they stated they wanted to wait until the windows were dry to put in the screens. It has now been 20 days and they have not returned to replace my screens, and they are non responsive. I would not recommend this company at all.

Do not pay until job is complete. This company does not follow up or communicate.

The employees are friendly and professional , They get the job done in a timely manner. This company is family owned and operated and all employees are veterans! Love to support family business and the veterans that fought for our country and freedom.

Travis was wonderful! He was able to provide a quick quote with a short turn around time for glass creation and installation. He was very responsive to messages and adressed any concerns.
