I have a front loading LG that Nick came and ordered the part on12/13, and I paid 300+ dollars to order the motherboard. You told me you'd ordered that part over a month ago, haven't heard anything from you in over two weeks you called and left a message saying that the part hadn?t shipped yet. I called the boss, he assured me he would call me back in an hour, two hours max. Not to worry he said you?re talking to the boss and I?ll handle it personally and I?ll get right to the bottom of this. That was last Wednesday. 4 working days ago. Have not heard from him. I called to leave a message and talk to him but now the voicemail is full. This is absolutely ridiculous that I have to spend $15 a week in quarters and spending my time up there waiting for my clothes to dry Update. Sam called me within seconds after sending this email. This was the worst experience I?ve ever had with a professional business. I was never given a receipt although I asked for one. I was told the initial visit would be 90.00 which would go toward total repair amount of 400.00 which was taken off my card in full while the parts were being ordered at my kitchen table. My calls were ignored or I received texts while I was calling to say he couldn?t answer. I was told for weeks after the first part ( of two) was put on that he was coming on a certain day and he wouldn?t show up. I restrained my emotions so that wouldn?t be used as an excuse for further delays or sabotaged work. If I asked when the visit would be I would get a response like ? yes? or if he accidentally answered, he?d say I was waiting for you to call. I was beyond perplexed. Each part took less than 30 minutes to put on but with the parts at my house that took a month to complete and when he finished and was leaving he casually said ? sorry it took so long.

Mike was at my house for 30 minutes, found the problem to be a defective magnetron and ordered it and I gave him a check for $300.00, $100 service call and $200 for the part. I have contacted him 6 or 7 times and he did not complete the job.

The repairman that came here (I think he said his name was Wayne, but not certain) was not knowledgeable. He said we were good to go, I opened the oven door and there were flames literally 8" high coming up the sides of the oven! Then when I asked him how we can adjust the burners on the stovetop, he said they can't be adjusted. You Tube says otherwise. Anyway he didn't know what he was doing and I would not recommend that anyone hire him.

Took my deposits and did not complete the job after 3 weeks I am still waiting.

I was so impressed with Mike?s professionalism, friendliness, and communication skills. When he called to let you know that he was coming, it wasn?t too long afterwards, and he was here. Also, I really appreciate his honesty. When he was unsure about how to repair our refrigerator, he called and communicated to me that he will research it and get back with me to reschedule. And he did! Our Maytag refrigerator is working fine. He advised us to use Maytag filters, and where to go to purchase them which we will do. He saved us a lot of money. Thank you Mike!

Replaced the interlock on my GE washer. Fast response and quick service.

The pro was able to fix the oven on the spot and was able to do so quickly!

The repairman was able to come about 1 day after I called in. I had the work area ready for him so he was able to have it fixed in about 15 minutes.

Although I initially hired him to fix my dryer, on short notice he was willing to look at my refrigerator that suddenly stopped working. My dryer is running great and I am sure my refrigerator will be as well.
