I was very pleased with the installation of HAVC system, but since then, I have not been able to get them to come back to do maintenance on this unit. I have tried multiple times to get an appointment set in the last couple of years since the 2015 installation. Very, very disappointed in them. WILL NO LONGER REFER THEM TO ANYONE.

Low water pressure from the pressure assist pump. Supply lines were cleaned and the filter was replaced.

We had trouble shocking our well and then lost water pressure. Our home was under contract and we needed help FAST. Chris gave us great advice over the phone, and then quickly came to the house when we lost pressure. He was able to do the repair the same day. We have recommended Freeman Mechanical to both realtors and the new owners.

Very happy with my new American Standard heat pump and air handler. Variable speed blowers are the way to go. Chris Freeman and staff were great to deal with. Very knowledgeable and competent contractor.

Heat Pump Repair or Service
Chris was exceptionally concerned that I didn't have any cooling in the house and brought me a portable air conditioner so I could at least have a cool bedroom so I could sleep. He is very knowledgeable and made me feel like I had known him forever. Highly recommended .

Our furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year! Freeman's mechanic arrived prompted and worked steadily trouble-shooting and repairing our furnace. We've had no more furnace problems since then. I'll call Freeman for any HVAC needs and refer others to them.

I have known Chris since highschool and I have since moved to Texas, but, my parents still live in Vinton and their furnace stopped working last winter, Chris dropped everything he was doing as it was late in the evening and made sure my parents were warm THAT VERY NIGHT. Being so far away I worry a great deal about them, I can't say enough kind words or thank Chris enough for taking care of my parents!!! I highly recommend Freeman Mechanical Inc to anyone in the Roanoke Valley or the surrounding areas. You won't find better customer service elsewhere.
