Mass Save offers a $700. rebate for residents who upgrade to Energy Star Certified Tankless On Demand Water Heater with a UEF of 87% or greater. As well as $2750. for Heat Only Boilers or $2400. for Combination Boilers that provide heat and hot water all in one, that is Energy Star Certified with a 95% AFUE rating. I hired Matt to install a tankless water heater. I made my homework and Matt answered all my questions. He explained to me A-Z about the installation. He knows everything and even more about the heaters. He and his crew came on time and made the perfect job. Everything was done by the code. Even my town inspector was impressed with the quality of the installation. I had 4 plumbers before him at my place for different projects and he is the best. Matt was great. Very responsive, polite, and knowledgeable. We hired Matt to complete propane gas piping to run a new line to our new stove and redid the yellow CSS flexible piping. His crew did a great job and cleaned up the site after work was done. Would highly recommend!

Matt and the guys showed up on time, went right to work replacing water heater, new bathroom sink and shower fixtures. They took the time to clean up any mess made. Matt took the time to explain and teach me about the water heater and even made it easier for me to access turn-off for town water if ever needed. All 3 guys are very personable. I already have a plumbing project in the near future that I will ask only them to do. I really couldn t be more pleased with them.
