Doug did an excellent job finding the location of the frozen section of the drain pipe. He needed to remove a toilet to get the proper equipment to the frozen blockage. He purchased a new wax ring to replace when reinstalling the toilet. His process of thawing the frozen blockage worked great!! It took several hours and he charged $200.00, but it was well worth it!!
