They arrived on time, and looked thoroughly at the problem. When they decided that they wouldn't be able to fix it (it was a building problem), they let us know, and there was no charge. I would definitely call this company in the future.

They came rignt away to look at the job, and promised an estimate within a week. Despite MANY phone calls, and promises, it is more than a month later with no estimate.
