We hired this company to replace our garage floor and apron between the garage and driveway but within 2 years it had started to deteriorate. We called and Rick came out and said he would repair it but never came back. We will have to repair it ourselves at our cost. We would not use this company again since they don't stand by their work.

They replaced our porch steps, front walkway, driveway, apron, sidewalk, and curb/gutter. Very impressive work! The whole crew is very professional and knows what they are doing. We couldn't be happier with their work. We are going to hire them again to work on our back patio.

I recently re-reviewed this company unfavorably, after an initial good review (when job was completed). I had developed an issue with the finished job on the front steps, and was having some trouble contacting the company. I'm amending that review. After what now appear to have been communication problems, we were finally able to make contact. The owner of the company (Rick French) came out himself and took care of the issue to my satisfaction. I'm pleased by the result, and feel its only fair that I acknowledge that they took care of this. I would recommend this company and their work.

The job was to remove blacktop driveway and cracked concrete front steps, replace them with concrete. At their suggestion, I agreed to also have decorative retaining walls on both sides of the new driveway. The finished job looked great BUT......three months later the new concrete front steps they installed started to crack. I contacted French Concrete on three occasions, spoke to Ric French twice in two weeks, and he agreed to look at the cracked steps and repair them. No one ever showed. Got a recording the 3rd time, left 2 messages. Now they won't answer when I call or return my messages. I will have to seek legal means to attempt them to honor repairs for a faulty job. Very disappointed in their business practices.

I had an old blacktop driveway removed, new concrete driveway and a concrete pad for my trash cans installed. Ric called me within hours to schedule a free estimate for my project. He was very professional and helpful with all my questions, the work was done within 2 weeks.

Very professional. Rained shorty after driveway and sidewalk installed. Sidewalk didn't get completely covered. Advised they would fix. Didn't have to pay for yet. Would recommend them.
