Make sure you check your Material prices. It be easier that way to bargain with them to bring the price down more. Some companies just go over board with their pricing at times. And remember choose the best out of 4. More quotes to use on your behalf the better.

Company has still not shown up to do contracted work after six weeks! No calls from them either even though Mr French had written ASAP on contract. I'm going to have to contact another contractor. I'm disgusted.

Chris was very professional from beginning to end. We identified some areas of concern towards the end of the project and he fixed all of them on the spot without hesitation. I would definitely hire him for any of my future projects.

I had a 12x25 back patio added, 16' covered. Chris French's communication with me was horrible during the entire process. I feel it extremely unprofessional to get an email or text versus a phone call to discuss the project. Multiple times he or his subs were NO SHOWS the day and time arranged. He stated this would be a 30 day job and here we are over 6 months later and he just finished yesterday. We had multiple issues with this job. I paid for red cedar tongue and groove and he purchased pine, stated the patio need to settle for three weeks before he started the roof, but according to his sub Eternity concrete it could have started as soon as he removed all the forms, as tis was a patio not a driveway. Mason that did the brick pillar left mortar everywhere, palm prints on bricks, all over the stamped patio. He also does not provide a finished product. I had to get my over painter, electrician was miss informed and installed electrical out of code, never connected to switch like asked and when I asked the electrician they said it was what he was told to do which cost me more money. It also cost additional money to move an outlet which was installed in wrong location because Mr. French failed to inform a spa was being installed right next to outlet installed. While everything has FINALLY been taken care of, it was from Oct 21 until Nov 24 until he contacted me to finish the final touch ups and here it is Dec 22 when they finished. As I'm content with the overall finished product, the pain of getting here with Mr. French was NOT worth it. Project started 19 Jun finished 22 Dec. I definitely would look elsewhere for future work and would NOT recommend him to friends/neighbors.

Chris french was very thorough in his contract. He followed up with phone calls to schedule the project start date. He was very professional and polite. The deck looks amazing so far. He is finishing up today and possibly one or two more days to fully complete the work. So far, I'm very happy with the project and the process.

French's did a very good job, I plan on hiring this company for future projects.

Extremely professional. He over delivers with his work. Details and craftsmanship was well beyond my expectations. Price is a little higher than competitors, but he does the little things in making your deck perfect that honestly make you feel like you are getting a steal for the price. Highly recommend using his company.

He put our patio cover up. It is beautiful. He even accomodated to my husband.
