Very personable, picked up after themselves.

I had Nick paint three rooms and strip the paint from one wall of wood paneling in my living room. Technically the work was completed. There are a lot of rough edges and splintered areas on the stripped wood, they splattered paint all over my floor and did not clean up all of it. Nick did not spend much time quality checking his work. Instead, when he finished part of the job, he would ask me how it looked and if there were any spots that needed to be addressed (e.g. unfinished trim, paint spill cleanup, etc) but then did not follow through on making sure they were fixed. They did not use any drop cloths when they sanded the wall, and so we had to clean an enormous amount of sawdust out of upholstery and off of our furniture in multiple rooms. It also looks like they dripped some of the paint stripping chemical on my hardwood floor, and since they did not clean them up properly, those spots on the floor are ruined. In addition to the quality issues, Nick s initial estimate did not include costs for materials, which he failed to mention. In addition, his labor costs went 25% over his original highest estimate for stripping the wood paneling. He never mentioned the cost overruns until he gave me the final invoice after he had done the work. Nick never gave me a specific time frame, but the job ended up taking a little over three weeks and still is not 100% complete. Nick broke a shelf when he was putting the room back together. He said he would fix it, but the last I heard from him (in April), he was coming over with a replacement, but he did not show or let me know when to expect him.

Quick response. Easy to get scheduled. Good prices. Did the work well and quickly. Cleaned up everything when they left.

They were very honest and straightforward. Very pleasant. A very informed crew that knew what they were doing and did it well!

Nick came over the same day I called and repaired the vinyl siding. I came home from work to see the job complete!

I have waited to post this review after collecting my thoughts post project. I wanted to be calm and fair. Nick has a good eye for what needs to be completed and offers fair prices. He couldn't complete my project on time, and while some of that was completely out of his control, there were other portions that could've been handled better. I did add things to my project, but was flexible with the initial timeline quote after doing so, and tried to be patient when we ran into roadblocks. There were some big mistakes, like painting my bottom cabinets the wrong color, rushing to correct, and waiting for me to point out mistakes before correcting. The big lesson here is that the people Nick hires, while always polite, represent the brand of frequent flippers. While Nick may not make the mistakes himself, he can't blame the people he hires when they were hired by him and work for his company. Overall, he isn't some scammer or anything like that, but it takes more patience than I had to finish the project.

Generally,this contractor was well above anyone else. But no company is perfect. With some organization and follow through on text messages or emails and a clear understandable method of how estimates are determined, things would be streamlined. They are still better than many other contractors in communicating. They called if behind time and were eager to mention professional subs for other services. But the last message I sent 2 or 3 weeks ago has yet to be answered. These people are busy, but its risky for all contractors to have no way to keep and hold on to customers who would use them for more jobs and referrals.

Frequent Flippers arrived on-time and was prepared to start right away. The project was the staining of a new fence. They were very diligent in very warm conditions and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company.

Reasonable, reliable and very personable. We would recommend highly. Fixed 3 doors that stuck in our house and replaced a deck step. I know they are capable of much more and will use on our next major job.

They come on time. They pay attention to the quality of their work. They clean up when done. They are friendly and courteous as they work. Their prices are very fair and they don't quit till the job is done to our satisfaction. We've hired a bunch of contractors for our remodel and these guys are tops.

Charge reasonable prices and are very accommodating.
