Completely unprofessional, they obviously donâ t care about their domestic customers. They came to do some air ductwork cleaning, and chimney and dyer cleaning. They charged money without our knowledge and then when we called to talk about the problem we were greeted with a man who apparently finds himself superior to women and started yelling thru the phone and apparently he also doesnâ t like to be told what and all was wrong with his supposedly called â professionalâ work. So if you own a home that needs duct cleaning I donâ t recommend this company, because I promise you they wonâ t take care of you like they do to their customers with businesses. And I hope we see the money that he said he was going to refund us. And all this went down hill because we wouldnâ t purchase a brand new UV system for $500 dollars, and since then we couldnâ t even get an estimate about anything all we got was attitude, please train your employees better, and donâ t complaint about the work that you are here to do to begin with.

I was very pleased with the mold issue I had... The disinfecting of the vents in our home was a big burden lifted off my mind. I did not feel pressured and ILAN answered all my questions and concerns and was very patient. He did a great job.

Very professional and great customer service. Quick and very reasonable price! They talked to me about disinfecting my system to get rid of the mold, but did not pressure me into anything and said I could call again any time. He went over the invoice with me and everything was as we had agreed upon originally. I would absolutely recommend them.
