As he was leaving I asked if I could ask for him when the next need occurred, he said sure and otherwise assured me that all Fresh Air Techs have been trained by the same guy and will all give quality service! Fresh air is a horrible company! They charged me almost $200 and destroyed a perfectly working heater ! All in needed was a missing gasket. Instead of using the proper part used this filler glue like material that seeped into my ignition area and killed the heater. Worst part they are NOT willing To buy the part I paid for and do the job correctly. Zero is what I'd give them !!

I called and a guy was here in under an hour! Couldn't believe it. He diagnosed the problem and returned the next day on time. He was in and out in about 3-4 hours which is way less than what I thought a job like that would take. These guys are good, no BS and friendly. No complaints whatsoever. I wish all companies were like this!

They came out quickly within two days. They would have come out over the weekend but they charge an arm and a leg for emergency service. They fixed the problem and helped me know how to avoid it happening again. The tech was nice and friendly.
