Fresh Air did a great job repairing a foundation drain and installing gutter drains to solve a basement leak that would occur after heavy rains.

Someone came out and inspected my property and I explained how the water flowed down from my neighbors property and stopped against the foundation of my house. It's been about 4 months since job completed and all is well. Problem solved. Water still flows from neighbor's property but drains installed by Fresh Air Technologies catches the water and flows to the street now. I could not grow grass on that side of property and now grass has grown in the problem area. Excellent Job, no complaints

I used this company for mold and moisture removal in my crawspace. I am very happy with the end result. All employees were very professional and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend Fresh Air Technologies for any service that they provide. Cost was lower than all estimates receive from other contractors.

Were prompt getting to the job on time. Answered questions that I had about the work that they were doing. Did a very good job and made us a crawl space that will not collect water. It is nice to know that we will not have to have the furnace people here again for water damage repair. Great experience for us.

Does the same amount of work for a fraction of the cost of other mold removal companies

I had them come to access my crawl space, they were very professional and on time. They looked and told me that I had the normal amount and that I just make sure that I keep the air vents open and have it checked again in July. They did not charge me for the visit.

5-6 day job turned into over 2 months. Still have high humidity and water in my crawl space. I paid just under $6,000 to Fresh Air and now I have to pay another firm to start all over. I have never been so disappointed with a company as much as I am with Fresh Air Technologies, their employees, and their CEO Jay Lanzy.
