I am very unhappy with the end results of this project and this company as a whole. I am now in a legal battle with them as a result. The work was not done properly, Tyler damaged our property and did not complete the job as requested. We were originally told that the work would take three days to complete. The first day he worked a normal day, the second day he showed up at 3 pm in the afternoon and worked for maybe 2 hours, and the 3rd day he worked about 3 hours as well and when I asked him on the 3rd day if he wanted to work on the trim work, he stated that *he did not feel like it*. Instead of using the mud to finish the drywall, he used a quick-drying spray texture to * makeup on time* which was not what we asked for. Tyler damaged our front porch steps, one of the walls in the house that he was not even working on, got quick-dry texture all over the two adjacent walls, got paint all over our brand new flooring after he assured me he would put down a protective covering to avoid this. Tyler also left behind leftover materials from the project (when they charged us for a disposal fee) and got paint on our vehicle and all over our front grass. In addition, the drywall that was done is cracked and damaged. Tyler was supposed to reach out to us with a return date to finish the work as we had discussed person, but we were never contacted until a week later with a request to finalize payment for work that was not completed by any standard. Tyler never disclosed that he had damaged our property, and when I reached out to them about it they accused me of being untrue and stated that the damage was there before the work began. I will be filing a formal complaint and will be contacting the police in regards to the property damage, and will have to have a majority of the work redone. I would not recommend this company if you want the work to be done properly and professionally.

Randall was very eager to assure me that he would be at my home today to complete my repair. I would rehire Randall in a heart beat.
