Fresh Cut Lawn Care

Initially, I was pleased with the service and the owner was quite responsive to requests. Over the last month or so, his folks stopped showing up to cut the grass. The owner did not respond to my last few emails or phone calls asking when he would send someone out. In desperation, I finally called another service to cut my yard. (I don't own a lawnmower.) In addition, he owes me a refund for two missed mows and has not sent me the money as I requested.

Very professional during communications and has done an exceptional job the first two times I have had them do my yard. Great service.

I hired Fresh cut on 3/24, paid them $430.00 and they never finished the job, they promised me they would be back 1-2 weeks later it is now the 3rd week, they have not called me to reschedule and act like they don't know who I am when I do. I have heard excused from the truck broke down to simply avoiding my phone calls, you cannot leave messages because voice mail is always full. This is a very unprofessional service and I would steer clear of this company!!!!! They quoted me $195.00 for lawn aeration when other companies quoted me $75.00. I have been ripped off and feel sick about it! I am 8 months pregnant and wanted to have a nice lawn.

Very professional. They do a great job. They show up when they say they will and charge the price that they quoted.

Just started working with them, but have been pleased so far. I like the way that they call when they are on their way to my home. I appreciate their advice and like that they have suggestions about what we can do for my lawn, but are not pushy in selling those services.

Excellent service! Nathan and team were prompt, courteous, and responsive to our needs. Work was done on time and beautifully: trees trimmed, ugly shrubs removed, leaves raked and bagged, new shrubs planted, garden areas mulched and more. Follow up was consistent and attentive. Clean up was excellent. Outstanding job! We will now use this company for regular maintenance and service. Thank you.
