Bath refinishing. Looks like a new tub

tech was on time and professional. He resurfaced our old bathtub and now it looks like new.

Derald was very attentive to details. Job looked great. Scheduling was difficult. Getting an estimate and a work star date from owner was like pulling teeth.

We are very happy with the quality of work we received. We would highly recommend their service if you need your bathtub reconditioned.

They were excellent. We did polyaspartic finish with glitter. Just think, guys who understand glitter. One of the guys even moved some items out of the garage for me prior to starting the work. Phone pictures donâ t even do it justice, so I wonâ t try. Hire these folks.

Josh did an excellent job. He also answered all my questions and kept me informed. My cast iron bathtub looks brand new!

First of all, Dave and Josh did a superior job of work and installation of marble in my bath that was not the problem. The issue I have is with Scott, the owner. My husband did all of the original tile and material removal after Dave's quote, to save us $3,500.00 of the quoted $12,816.25. When the job started, the owner, Scott, gave us an bid for $11,013.75 and stated it would be less with the large discount on the tile from Dale Tile. I noticed on the bid that the material (grout, tile, etc.) had changed from $1,500 to$ 2,500. We paid $4,600 in advance. The cost of the tile was $2,125.00 as shown to me. In the bid, it had changed to $2,500 plus $1,500 tile allowance. During the job, Scott brought by a seal to reinstall the toilet stating he had thought my husband was doing that. Again, I reviewed the bid and it was previously included. Scott also referred to a partial wall to be replaced and stated he was adding that. On the bid, it clearly states the materials and work for $300.00. Dave gave us $100 worth of trim because Scott failed to order it, free of charge and Scott refused to deduct that from the price of the soap box. When the job was completed, we were presented with a balance of $7,499.75 totaling $12,049.00 and NO ITEMIZED LIST to show why the balance had gone up from the bid. As I began to inquire he diverted by saying he paid $27.00 for paint for the wall and I again referred him to his bid. Every time I asked for clarification for the difference in the amount, he made excuses. Scott then asked if we had anything to put in the trailer to go to the dump. We had put one wheel barrow of bark we had in as Dave had told us previously us we could. Upon disclosing this to Scott, he then said oh you owe me $20 for that. I was disgusted and so upset at this point, I couldn't wait for him to leave. He overcharged us.

Very pricey! My bathroom looks beautiful. The quality of work was great. The installers were easy to work with and helpful. My only problem was the end price. When quoted, I was told my price would come down if the main tile guy didn't need to be there long. They were finished by lunchtime each day, but at the end I was told that they couldn't really go to other projects, so essentially I was paying their whole day for about 3 hours of work. I also had to ask for the extra tile back, which I had paid for, so I could at least return it to get a little money back. The price of materials seemed high too and I was never given a receipt. In the end, I love my bathroom but I feel a bit cheated on the price.

He came out one day and came out next day to do the job. He was very meticulous. Very nice.
