"This Client was presented with information from an employee which was misunderstood and presented falsely. The error was corrected by offering the client a discount on her next service however the client was rash and would not take the discount nor would she talk things through with us. She decided not to continue with our service even though the error was corrected and a discount was offered. We would have loved to keep this specific client however she decided to discontinue."
