they scam people my husband is 83 and I am 78 they keep telling me that I owed we paired everything they asked because they wont deliver or unload our things. We did without things for over 30 days and they had to pay another 6250.00 to get our stuff delivered they took advantage of us as elderly people. Our staff lost antique dishes and furniture broken or destroyed we have hundreds of items and 7 sheets of claim forms that we filled and nothing from them now they have changed all their emails so you can not reach them. If you call you to get re-routed or get running around. We have had to spend thousands of dollars to replace broken furniture and the antiques can not be replaced. The state of Florida should shut down this company. I am in if all the people that have been screwed over by them want to get together in a lawsuit.

I worked with a sales agent, Angel, to get a quote for moving my 1-bedroom apartment items from Miami, FL to Norfolk, VA. Upon signing the contract, I was told I would be called to get a time for my pickup. I never got the call and researched the owner to get more information. The movers were 2 hours late, and when they got there, they had a strange behavior with the individual that was facilitating my move. After finishing the move the dispatcher, Bonnie called me and told me my things took up about 410 cubic sq ft, and my contract only allotted 310. I had the movers verbally confirm that what they moved matched what Bonnie stated was quoted and after I said, you can put it back where you found it. She agreed that we could keep at the agreed rate. In the midst of my move, I had a destination change to a different state and took advantage of the free 30 days of storage. Here we are almost at the end of the 30 days, and I get a call from Angel that my things have taken 600 cubic sq feet and that I would need to pay for the additional storage space as well as additional storage time (as I will need to leave it there a little longer). Today they called me and said that I owe $2400 on top of the $1200 that I have already paid because #1 is 600 cubic sq feet instead of 310 and #2 it is $1 extra per cubic sq ft because the state I am moving to (which is the same distance as Norfolk but without tolls) is not on their route. Their operations director refuses to acknowledge that his sales reps were poorly informed on company policy (as Angel is the one who created the contract) and tells me that I have to pay to move forward. I ask for an updated quote for just moving and storage and it is almost $1300 when the entire movie was supposed to have only been $1500. These people are shady and attempting to scam me for every penny they can get. I desperately need assistance to prevent them from doing this to someone else.
